Planning
We design, plan and produce customized mount systems meeting the Customer's request on plans of installation and angle.
Ground screw
Variety of shapes of ground screws. Screws with lenght of 1200 mm to 2500 mm are available.
Manufacturing process of ground screw
Copper pipes, with 2 m length, a diameter of 7cm and thickness of 3mm, are heated at high temperature, and then are inserted into the large sharper. It's not for sharpening but for striking the head.
By striking, a head of the pipe will double or increase more in thickness.
If the head became sharp by heat, go on to welding of screw thread.
Welding is done by semi-automatic machine, including welding of the base plate.
Finished after galvanizing!
For corrosion prevention, the inside of ground screw is also galvanized.
